By booking a trip with Azmy Adventure, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing and Payments

  • Our trip prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

  • To confirm a reservation, all customers are required to make a 30% non-refundable deposit.

  • While the deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation, customers are allowed to reschedule their departure date.

  • We offer four convenient payment methods: WISE, PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.

  • The remaining balance must be settled in full cash during check-in at the meeting point before departure.

2. Independent Arrangements and Liabilities

  • Azmy Adventure is not responsible for independently arranged flight tickets, accommodation, vehicle rentals, or boat tickets.

  • We cannot be held accountable for any delays—regardless of the cause—that may result in passengers missing their flights or subsequent travel plans from Lombok or Flores.

  • We assume no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property, though we will do our utmost to assist you should such incidents occur.

3. Trip Nature and Social Commitment

  • We advertise our trip as an adventurous backpacking experience and do not promote our services as a luxury cruise.

  • Our facilities are designed for cost-effective, backpacker-friendly travel, including shared deck or private fan-cabin options.

  • As a profit-based company, we remain committed to supporting local communities by providing fair wages and collaborating with local partners, crews, and markets.

4. Safety and Trip Modifications

  • The safety of our customers and crew is our utmost priority. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the trip itinerary if deemed necessary for the well-being of everyone on board.

  • Routes and destinations may change without prior notice due to weather conditions, ocean circumstances, or potential safety hazards.

  • In the event of a cancellation by Azmy Adventure, we will prioritize rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, customers who booked directly with us will receive a full refund.

5. Participant Responsibility and Risks

  • Activities such as hiking and swimming in the ocean can be physically and mentally demanding and carry inherent risks, including injury or property loss.

  • Participants acknowledge these risks—including those arising from terrain, weather, or equipment—and take full responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to consider their own health conditions (allergies, chronic diseases, or injuries) and take necessary precautions throughout the journey.
