Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure receive a full refund minus a small administration fee. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 days of departure are non-refundable. Please contact our team for assistance with rescheduling requests.

We recommend bringing swimwear, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, sandals, a reusable water bottle, personal medication, and a camera. A small backpack and waterproof bag are also useful during island activities.

Group sizes depend on the boat, departure date, and available accommodation. We offer Private Cabins for two guests and shared Deck Class accommodation. Contact our team for information about your preferred departure.

Our Komodo boat trips are suitable for many first-time travelers. Activities include snorkeling, swimming, island exploration, and guided trekking. Some activities require basic physical fitness or swimming ability. Please inform our team about any special requirements before booking.
